Alri is hotel property-management software provided by [FILL IN: company legal name] on a subscription basis to hotels, guesthouses, and hostels (each, a "Property"). A Property's staff use Alri to manage reservations, guests, billing, and related operations for that Property only.

Where a Property enables Albanian fiscal receipt integration, the Property — not Alri — remains legally responsible for its own tax compliance. Alri transmits the fiscal documents a Property configures it to transmit; it does not provide tax or accounting advice.
When a Property enables online guest payments (Stripe, PayPal, and/or Paysera), those payments are subject to that processor's own terms. We are not a party to the payment between a guest and a Property.
